Scott Newsome has taken his 25 years of experience in producing, advising and managing in the creative arts to start his own boutique company. SN Productions offers specialized guidance in all areas of live events ranging from aerial acrobatics, in-person experiences, as well as the traditional straight play and big old fashioned musicals. He has extensive experience in touring, both nationally and internationally, and has managed multiple productions involving puppets and full automation.
Some of his previous successes include multiple productions with the Henson family including Jim Henson’s Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, Tennessee William’s The Two Character Play (staring Amanda Plummer and Brad Dourif), Phoenix (staring Julia Styles), Cagney, Church and State, Harry Townsend’s Last Stand (starring Len Cariou and Craig Bierko), Triassic Parq, Fuerza Bruta, Spamilton, The Other Josh Cohen, Forbidden Broadway and management of The Actors Studio Drama School Rep for 25 seasons. Previous to launching SN Productions, Scott was a founding partner of Brierpatch Productions for 18 years.
